Ways To Praise

Ways To Praise

Praise – to express approval or admiration of; to commend; to exalt; to glorify especially by the attribution of perfections

There are countless ways to praise God.  It’s not limited to worship alone, which is normally what we think of when we think of praising God. We praise Him anytime that we exalt His way of doing things above our own ways.  We praise Him when we speak well of Him to others.  We praise Him when we give our tithes and offerings.  We praise Him when we worship.  We praise Him when we walk in obedience to Him.  We praise Him when we forgive others when they sin against or offend us.  We praise Him when we tell others of His awesome deeds and salvation.  We praise Him when a song that glorifies Him is in our mind.  We praise Him when we are bowed down praying to Him.  We praise Him when we thank Him.  The list could go on and on…
What we’re going to do tonight is to take a few of the ways that we see in scripture to praise God and then close in worship where we’ll be able to put some of these ways to praise into action.Ways to PraiseShouting –
